The apartment is like a fairy tale, the kind a medieval mastic village would tell. The structure and architecture are authentically preserved, which makes the visitor wonder what life was like there hundreds of years ago. The house is located in the medieval settlement of Kalamoti, one of the mastic villages where many old houses have kept their original stone charm over the years. This mix of preserved houses and quiet, timeworn corners adds even more to the atmosphere and historic element. It's almost like a time capsule, and we felt like we traveled back in time while staying there. Meanwhile, the little terrace is one of the best features of the house, where you can enjoy morning coffee and breakfast, or the night sky in the evening, peacefully. The house was equipped with a comfortable bed and air conditioning in the bedroom, and a fully equipped little kitchen and bathroom. Kalamoti also has a lively square where we enjoyed breakfast at one of the cafés. The people of the village are very welcoming, and our host was kind and around the village, giving us everything we needed as well as good tips for the island. Overall, I totally recommend staying there 👌

Loved the beautiful old stone cottage in the old part of town. Very special. Loved being in centre of small village. Village square 1 minute. We had scooter so visited villages, beaches. Everything so close. Wonderful hosts. Loved private outdoor area. We were looking for quiet relaxed stay and we got it. Perfect

Great value for money!
Very quiet place and comfortable at a very handy location! Very clean property, close to the most beautiful beaches of the island.
The mattress was not very comfortable

A small clean apartment in chios
The host is very helpful and the location is perfect
The unit is small but well designed - the air-condition needed more power - we visited in extreme hot season so a bigger more powerful cooling would be better
