Nessuna pulizia e corrente all'arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto attendere per il ripristino. Scomoda per quattro persone. Rifornimenti caffè insufficienti. Odore di muffa e di chiuso provenienti in particolare dall'arredo. Zanzare presenti anche sui muri.

They were very kind and arranged an early check due to my early arrival in Firenze. Made my day
It was bright and clean , quiet and in a nice neighborhood . There were some wonderful local restaurants nearby .
The only things that could have been nicer was a bigger hot water tank for the shower.

Great location, close to the city centre and to parking facilities.
The place was pretty hard to find, not necessarily the address but the apartment itself within the building. The bathroom has no windows and relatively limited ventilation, plus the hot water boiler is somewhat small meaning that it's enough for a shower or two. It's a great place for a city break as a single or a couple but I wouldn't recommend it for a family.
