  Wenn man in der Wohnung nur schlafen will , kann man es machen.

  Die Lage ist erstklassig. Ruhig, fussläufig alles erreichbar und die Tram Linie 2 fährt vom Flughafen numismatic vor die Tür. Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und gut organisiert.

  Allgemeinzustand und Ausstattung der Wohnung sowie die Reinigungsqualität entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen bei dem geforderten Preis. Bilder versprechen deutlich mehr.

  Un bell’appartamento, ma ben lontano dal concetto di “Luxury”.

  Un bell’appartamento, molto grande, situato in un’ottima zona, a due passi dal centro.

  Abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi nell’appartamento: un rubinetto rotto, la finestra del bagno bloccata e impossibile da aprire e la tapparella rotta, con una lamiera sporgente all’interno della doccia. Abbiamo contattato l’assistenza, che ci ha chiesto il permesso di entrare nell’appartamento in nostra assenza per effettuare le riparazioni. Tuttavia, alla fine, nessuno è mai venuto a sistemare i problemi segnalati.

  Disappointing

  The apartment is located in a quiet area, very close to the Dom. The total area of ​​the apartment is generous. The tram station is 100 m away, in case you want to make longer trips. As well the bus stations. The building has elevators.

  The apartment looks great in the presentation but the details on site greatly reduce its value. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom but the third has only a shower. There is a fourth toilet in the living room, but it is a shared space. The windows in one bathroom were nailed together and the door handle to the bedroom was missing. The living room is poor to the point of being petty. And the glasses in the kitchen deserve at most one star. Too bad, with a little effort and interest, the apartment could be excellent.
