  Ужасно!!! Квартира на 4 этаже находится под крышей , изоляции нет ни какой поэтому черепица которая за день нагревается всю ночь отдает тепло как батарея если потрогать рукой градусов 50 я думаю , лестницы узкая лифта нет , в квартире все старое кондиционеры не работают , фото не соответствует тому что на самом деле .Второй этаж это каморка на фото 3 кровати но это не кровати 1 это шезлонг и 2 матраса , очень низкий потолок ,туалет в мансарде ужасный старая шторка все льется на под потом нужно собирать воду . Написали пои поводу кондиционеров хозяева попросили прислать фото пультов ( с намеком что мы не правильно настроили ) но сказали да все правильно странно что не охлаждают. Вечером , ночью и днем в квартире находится не возможно ,утром еще нормально за ночь все остывает .

  Хорошие апартаменты в центре Флоренции для семьи или компании друзей!

  Квартира расположена в очень хорошем районе, на расстоянии 5 минут от Palazzo Pitti. Просторные апартаменты с двумя санузлами, оборудованы всем необходимым, есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины. Персонал всегда был на связи. Несмотря на возникшие проблемы с ключами от главного входа, мы каждый раз попадали в квартиру очень быстро.

  Нет лифта, подъем на третий этаж с чемоданом - очень хорошая тренировка. Сантехника и душ явно нуждаются в ремонте.

  HELL

  I had the worst experience I ever had on Booking

  The toilets’s flush didn’t work and The shower in the apartment started leaking heavily and flooded the place — water spread absolutely everywhere, across the bathroom and into the rest of the apartment. It quickly became impossible to stay there safely, and we had to leave and find somewhere else at short notice. The landlord refused to let us come and put our luggage in the morning because the check in was starting at 4pm, and with the weather in summer Florence it was very unplaisant. We try to called them with the flood in the apartment and they didn’t answer, they called us back hours after when we were already gone and had to book something else urgently. Finally, after they heard our situation, they refused to give us free cancellation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

  What more could you ask for?

  Nice & cozy place, vintage atmosphere, very comfortable for 4 persons , clean with all the amenities and appliances that you will need. Very very nice location , near a small square with a pizzeria and a trattoria, breakfast place, a shop with the best ice cream in Florence, a coffee place , 2 stores for a cocktail to take away, 2 minutes from the bus station, 3 minutes from Ponte Vechio and 7 minutes from the centre . What more could you ask for?
