Excellent hotel and perfect location
Spacious, super comfortable hotel in a fantastic location down a peaceful, quiet street. So spacious, loved having a bath, separate toilet and sofa area. Very comfortable beds and loved the pyjamas. Wonderful, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel & good value for money.
Loved the room, loved the location. Bathroom was great, lovely bath & nice toiletries provided. Very quiet despite its great location just 2 minutes from busy Gion area.

Comfortable hotel, superb staff and ideal location.
Rooms were spacious with everything you need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel
Great hotel, excellent location, polite and helpful staff, really comfortable beds, powerful shower in a good sized wet room with separate toilet.
No breakfast available, windows couldn't open
