I was happily surprised that the room was completely free of any cockroaches or other pests, even though they are very common in this location.

Some parts of the room looked kind of used or dated, but they were nonetheless clean.

    All is good and near.

Everything is near and accessible. Security is strict. Joshua helped me a lot and Yong answers all my queries. The respond time is very quick. Property is clean and utensils are complete. The view is very nice through a window.

Wifi can get better considering it’s a prime location. I tested it. It was 5mbps which is a little slow. There are small roaches which is understandable.
