Great Apartment for a city break
Flat was as described clean and in a good location, was good to have 2 bathrooms and it was very clean with everything we needed

Loved our time in York
Loved the location, great cafes, bars on your doorstep. 15 min into centre of York. The property had everything we needed and clean. Would definitely recommend

L'appartement était à peine nettoyé, et lorsque nous avons contacté les responsables ils ont traiter notre réclamation en nous renvoyant vers la plateforme de booking . Ils ont proposé une indemnisation dérisoire. Je ne conseille pas de vous rendre dans ce soi disant luxury apartment le rapport qualité prix est juste médiocre et le traitement des réclamations pris à la légère.
L'appartement n'était pas propre, cuvette des toilettes moisis, la machine à laver pleine de linge, des miettes sur la table de la cuisine. Nous avons dû nettoyer l'appartement nous même pour se sentir à l'aise

Could have been much better if cleaning was better and we had received a reply from owners.
Very good shower rooms and bed rooms. Plus a tv in each room. Very spacious and nice overall except points mentioned below which can be easily rectified.
(Sitting room/ Dining room), Freezer not usable due to being completely iced up and door could not be closed found drink cans behind sofa, sofa uncomfortable. battery cover missing on tv remote, General cleanliness not up to luxuary standard, ie: sticky patch on floor around kitchen island, coasters and table mats sticky. Sitting room windows very hard to open or shut. Only one tea towel and no cleaning clothes for cleaning up although requested to do so by owners. These problems were reported to the company but no action taken. would have been nice to have extra keys.

Luxurious self-catering accommodation, ideally located for visiting York.
The apartment was excellent; well presented and spotlessly clean. The kitchenette was well equipped and there are several convenience stores near the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed in the lounge. The bathrooms were excellent and both had great showers. We stayed during hot weather, and the owner thoughtfully provided fans in the rooms, which we really appreciated. The apartment is very well located and the main attractions in York are a short walk away. We traveled to York by train. Bishopthorpe Road itself is a delight, with several interesting shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Nothing. The iron was a bit difficult to find.
