Beautiful and comfortable ryokan for a wonderful stay, with an unmissable onsen experience. Perfect after a hectic time
Lovely traditional room with stunning view and lots of light. Welcoming staff. Loved the matcha in the lounge. The two onsens were just amazing - our first experience and we loved them both. So easy to get here - fast train from Tokyo to Nagano and one switch to a regional train.
Not an issue with the property, more about our capacity to make it all the way through the extensive meals - we were not able to do every course full justice.

Erinomainen illallinen ja aamiainen majoituspaketissa, isohko japanilaistyylinen kahden huoneen huoneisto, tosi ystävällinen ja huomaavainen palvelu. Pääkylpylä on kokemisen arvoinen. Snow Monkey Parkiin voi reippailla tunnissa jos haluaa liikuntaa.
Ajan patina näkyy tässä isohkossa hotellissa, mutta kaikki on kyllä erinomaisen siistiä. Majoituksen hinta tuntui hieman korkealle kokonaisuutta vasten.

Memorable stay in the comfort and peace of this beautiful ryokan. beautiful
Traditional ryokan with historic onsen. Amazing food and attentive staff. Every detail was thought through for guests’ comfort and to ensure overseas guests could enjoy the experience as much as Japanese guests.
We stayed 3 nights, which was unusual, so we struggled a bit with 3 banquet dinners in succession!
