  Spacious modern decorated ground apartment

  This apartment is managed by an office, but every single interaction is handled by a useless digital assistant. Responses were always slow, robotic, and completely incapable of dealing with urgent problems. Even after I had already paid the city tax, they refused to send the check-in instructions in advance despite my asking several times. When I finally arrived at the building and called for help, they even asked which building I was standing in instead of simply providing the instructions. They also refused to send the instructions through the Booking.com message system and insisted on sending them to my original phone number, which was extremely difficult for me to access while traveling abroad. The check-in instructions themselves were a complete mess. The order of the steps for unlocking the doors was incorrect, making it impossible to enter the apartment. After several phone calls with no solution, I had to ask a passerby for help. Fortunately, he was familiar with this type of door and managed to understand the confusing instructions. The nightmare didn't stop there. As soon as I turned on the air conditioning and the water heater, the electricity went out. When I called for assistance, the digital assistant told me there was no emergency support and that I had to wait until 9:00 AM the next morning. I was completely desperate. I ran outside looking for help and luckily met a kind local woman. She suggested that every apartment had an electrical panel in the basement. I searched for it myself, tried all the keys provided in the apartment, and finally managed to restore the power. During the following days, I had to repeat this process another 6 or 7 times because the same problem kept happening. The apartment was unbearably hot at night despite having two air conditioners. The mezzanine sleeping area was especially hot and almost impossible to sleep in.

  Porta del citofono non si apriva nemmeno seguendo le indicazioni del gestore, wifi non funzionante, appartamento nel complesso carico ma trascurato con mobilio e doghe del letto rotte.
