    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING! Unfortunately, we had an extremely unpleasant experience with our stay in this particular apartment because a week after our departure we received a notice that we had allegedly caused damage to the apartment and specifically they claimed that we had broken the window roller blind, which actually operates with an electric mechanism, which is completely false as the space was delivered in its entirety in the exact same condition in which we received it and the window mechanism was working normally until the moment of our departure and the delivery of the keys. They asked us to pay 317 euros for this alleged damage which we allegedly caused. We have also taken photos of how the room was delivered upon departure and which we sent to the owner. We emphasize that it would be impossible to damage the window roller blind since it works (goes up and down) with the simple push of a button and it would be impossible to damage it since we do not even come into contact with it except with the switch that raises/lowers it! We also draw the attention of the other tenants to be careful because it may be the owners' tactic to charge them for damage that they have not caused. Take lots of photos and have a video of everything working properly so that you do not have to deal with any complications!
