  Good Stay

  The house was very spacious, a very big house. The kitchen was new, spotless, and very well equipped. Wifi was great.

  The housing area seems very quiet and dark; it was a little scary at night. Maybe we are not used to staying at such an open-landed property, as a gated and guarded community is common in my country. The sofa was not clean. We had to cover it with towels before sitting on it. The mattress was very thin, and the walls of the house were not very clean.

  Would not book again

  Location suited us for the O2

  Items described but absent: Bathroom toiletries Linen Towels Iron Ironing board Items dirty: Main bathroom particularly the quadrant shower; Previous guest items in bathroom cabinet; Bedrooms: bed linen does not smell fresh; Heating thermostat: could not get to work and switch on the heating overnight as a touch cold…. The thermostat facial screen has numerous greasy stains, disgusting; the boiler pressure was 0.8 bar and it was reading error message so even with a manual override the boiler was out of operation meaning no heating. Large pan on the cupboard (was about to boil pasta), yet the pan is all stained with mould, felt like vomiting. Shower cubicle was stained and dirty grime on the edges, both shower heads in the cubicle were dirty and limescale built. The bathroom light switch loose and worrying for electric shock. Very noisy floorboards on the first floor. Would have been useful to have had bedside tables on the bedrooms. Armchair badly stained like dry urine, At least upholstery steam clean it. Sofabed sofa stains. Kitchen kettle did not work. Grey walls Matt painted terribly stained with grease patches.

  Decent for the price

  The location was great for Greenwich, the O2 and canary wharf. The house was a decent size. The bed linen and towels were clean and the owner was great at communicating. The shower was lovely and the free parking was a real bonus for us. There were plenty of plates and glasses, utensils and cooking items available. There was also a lovely quality fan in the main bedroom which was needed.

  The property wasn't quite as "polished" as it looks in the photos, for example the lighting strip in the kitchen was peeling off, the walls had lots of marks, a stairs spindle was broken etc. Unfortunately we couldn't find an ironing board and there were only 3 stools/seats in the kitchen. There was also a lack of mirrors with myself and two teenage girls there was just one in the bathroom and one in the largest bedroom. The bedroom could have done with some draws or shelving although the wardrobe was a decent size all of our cosmetics and things ended up on the floor. The location on here states 25 minutes from Big Ben in fact it was over an hour and even longer with traffic. There was a lovely garden space but no chairs or tables to enjoy eating outside.
