We barely slept because of the noises…
It is accessible.
They have policy that at 2200h it should be quiet, so me and my partner settled in bed. But at 2300 upstairs was so noisy. They were dragging chairs, we heard when they used the washroom like when they open the faucet, when they pee in the toilet and flushed. We even heard them conversing. Same happened at dawn 0300-0400. Additionally, the AC was off at night. It’s cold outside but in the room in the basement it was not. Told the host about my condition of not tolerating warm places. He agreed he will turn it on buy he didn’t.
