Schicke, saubere Wohnung mit Abstrichen
- Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber, großer Pluspunkt - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nah an der schönen Altstadt - Die Wohnung ist wirklich schick eingerichtet - Es gibt einen, wenn auch kleinen, Fahrstuhl
- Liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße / die Fenster sind nicht isoliert, hierdurch ist es sehr laut in der Wohnung. In dem zur Straße gerichteten Schlafzimmer kann man aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht schlafen. Es fühlt sich an, als ob die Autos direkt durch das Zimmer fahren (bei geschlossenen Fenstern!) - Theoretisch gibt es die genannten Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. In der Praxis sind diese aber oft besetzt, sodass es reines Glück ist, dort einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Parkplatzsuche bedeutet hier Stress. Die angrenzenden Parkhäuser als Alternative sind recht teuer - Es gibt anders als beworben keine Sauna - Es gibt keinen Sitzplatz/ Essbereich im Freien - Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind sehr schick, aber sehr unbequem. Entspannen ist nicht möglich. Das Sofa darf sich höchstens Sitzbank nennen - Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sparsam

Excellent place for vacation!
The apartment is completely remodeled and having open kitchen „American style“ layouts. A lot of attention brought to furniture and details. 3 times AC made a big deal during our stay, as outside was +33. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. It was a pleasure for us to spend a time in this apartment, thank you so much.
May be one more AC in master bedroom would be good addition. One of the AC in leaving room was working not stable.

Terrible, found cigarette stubs and dirt under the beds.
Location was convenient.
One could not use the lounge area as the furniture was terrible, ie couch did not have a solid back-rest, and other seats were not comfortable. Adding to this was the constant construction noise in the apartment above, from 08h00 to 17h00 every day. The host did not bother to respond to any queries made by us. The SAUNA advertised on Booking.com as a highlight of the apartment by the host, was just a glorified shower cubicle.

the design was fantastic! I have never been in a more fancy and cooler apartment!
It would be great to have some shampoo and tea in the apartment
