Great location, right in the city centre. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Republic Square. There are several supermarkets nearby, so daily life is very convenient. The famous Lavash Restaurant is also close by, only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has an elevator, which is perfect if you have large suitcases — no need to carry heavy luggage up stairs. There’s an entrance access control system, so it feels pretty safe. Cooking essentials such as knives, tableware, oil and salt are all provided. It would be even better if there was a vegetable peeler.
There is a sewage odour in the bathroom, possibly due to pipe design. It is not overwhelming and does not affect basic use, but a faint smell can be noticed upon entering. We hope this issue can be fixed. When we first walked into the bedroom, we found leftover hair on the bed. It made us wonder whether the bedding had been changed after the previous guest. We hope the cleaning standard can be improved. The host is very responsive and responsible, replying to messages and solving questions promptly. We also received a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to try it, but we are truly grateful. We hope the place will keep getting better.
