    Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Lack of Service

    The location, as the property was within a reasonable distance of Sorrento’s town centre, beaches, and beach clubs.

    Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness, Lack of Service and Unjustified Extra Charges The room looked nothing like the photos, and the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. Despite staying for five nights, our room was cleaned only once, and even then, the towels were barely replaced. We also noticed that someone had entered our room while we were out, yet no cleaning had been done, which was quite concerning. The heated towel rail in the bathroom wasn’t working, and due to the poor ventilation, the towels remained damp throughout our stay. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional fee for a supposedly “late” check-in at just 7 PM. Ironically, despite this extra charge, we never saw a single staff member at reception at any point during the rest of our stay, regardless of the time of day. Overall, a very disappointing experience, with poor maintenance, virtually nonexistent housekeeping, unjustified extra charges, and a complete lack of customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

    Spacious rooms in decent location but road noise an issue.

    Lots of space. Convenient location. Secure. Clean.

    No change of towels over the 4 days. Road really noisy with scooters all day and night. Paper cups for coffee and no glasses or corkscrew. 2 toilet rolls-presume you have to buy your own after that!

    Great location and nice room

    The location is excellent. It is very convenient for the centre of town and the bus/train station. It is a quiet building and the room is lovely and spacious. There is someone in the building during the day should you have any questions.

    It was not a problem, but you need someone to guide you to the entrance as it is not obvious. You tell the owner when you arrive, and he comes to meet you. I would have liked a towel change during my stay. In hindsight, I could have asked for one, and I'm sure it would not have been a problem. Breakfast is in one of two cafes close to the building - you get a voucher for a croissant and a coffee for each day. It was actually quite nice to eat out, but would have been good to have some food options. I would have expected a better breakfast for the cost.
