    Good location but apartment is very dark and needs updating.

    Simona who greeted us was lovely and was in touch throughout our stay. The location of the apartment is excellent.

    The apartment is in a very dark road which is a bit grimy with no natural light. The apartment block has seen better days. The fact that there is no natural light in the apartment makes a big difference on your stay, lights on all the time, even when the sun is shinning brightly outside. As it's on the ground floor near the entrance it can be noisy with people coming in and out and there are loud noises sometimes (the boiler?). The sofa is old and needs replacing so 4 of us couldn't really sit together. The dining table and chairs were outdoor and not comfortable. The main bed is so low it's virtually on the floor and needs replacing. No duvet covers just sheets over the bare duvet. There was no washing up liquid so we had to buy our own - not expensive, but these basics should be provided. The owner needs to invest in some better comfortable furniture to improve the comfort of guests. But nothing can change the fact this apartment is very very dark and you don't want to spend any length of time in it.

    Excellent location- comfortable stay.

    This property was very spacious- two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was water and coffee etc provided, a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals etc. The location is just at the outskirts of the Sorrento old town- easy mostly flat 20 minute walk from train/ bus station. It’s then just a 5 minute walk into town. A grocery store just outside the apartment and a great local taverna as well. The staff were very responsive with any questions or concerns. When in Europe be aware most hot water is provided by on demand heaters. It can take a few minutes for water to heat if you’re the first one showering- be patient- there’s lots of water and it’s hot!

    There can be some noise at night from the nearby street and parking area. Wear earplugs if you like but not too troublesome
