El departamento y el trato del dueño
Tener que caminar 1800 escalones a la playa y las distancias al centro de Positano. Los bus pasan 1 por hora y un taxi cuesta 60 euros

Would recommend researching other properties.
Loved the view and the fact it has a kitchen and a washing machine! Also has a cold outdoor shower which was helpful on the hot days. Comfy bed and access to streaming apps on the TV! The host was lovely - her and her daughter met us at the bus stop, gave us a walkthrough and checked us in.
Not the property’s fault but I feel compelled to express clearly how far away from the town/beach it is. It’s 200 stairs from the property, before getting to a very uncomfortable 30 minute shuttle bus, then more steps to the beach. Otherwise, it’s a €60 taxi down and €60 back up, or thousands of steps downhill. If you want to swim, I highly recommend booking somewhere closer! Also, the owners sister lives next door and let herself into the property while we were home, then when she noticed we were home, she left quickly without explanation. She was otherwise lovely, just not sure why she didn’t ring the gate or knock on the door.

Perfekte Erholung in einer einzigartigen Ferienwohnung
Die Lage ist ein Traum! Wir wurden so herzlich durch den Vermieter Giovanni empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist so geschmackvoll ausgestattet, und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Da hat nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick von der wundervollen Terrasse ist besonders. Auch wenn man einige Stufen gehen muss, so haben wir die Ruhe von dem eigentlichen Trubel in Positano sehr genossen. Man sollte über Giovanni auf jeden Fall einen Gepäckträger für die Koffer dazu buchen, das vereinfacht es. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und dann auf jeden Fall in diese tolle Ferienwohnung.

Superb
Giovanni is a great host. We enjoyed the stay very much and the possibility to hike il santiero degli Dei. There are regular buses from Positano to Nocelle.
