  Pros ● Excellent location with very easy access to the beach ● Parking included, which was very convenient given how close the beach is ● Beds were generally comfortable and adequate for the stay ● Rooftop terrace was a pleasant and useful feature ● Rooftop shower was especially helpful for rinsing off after the beach, helping keep sand out of the apartment since there were no public beach showers

  Great location, but some plumbing, usability, and value issues Cons ● Strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathrooms, present most days and at times unbearable ● Extremely slow-draining sinks that would back up, with water visibly returning after draining; reportedly due to building drainage issues not disclosed before booking ● Only a toilet plunger was provided as a response to the drainage problems ● No user manual or clear instructions for appliances (e.g., washing machine, stove), making them difficult to use ● Electrical issues: using multiple appliances (e.g., oven and air-conditioning) caused a power outage, and the breaker could not be located, leaving us without power until a neighbor assisted ● No guidance provided on managing power usage, which is important for this type of property ● Overall price felt significantly high compared to the quality and condition of the apartment

  Amazing place to stay but could do with better management.

  Very clean and comfortable apartment with amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Location was great, right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

  The washing machine didn't work - we reported it to the management but had no response. There was a constant foul smell coming from the bathroom drains. Communication from the management was terrible - we were receiving emails most days telling us we had to pay even after having fully paid in advance. The on-line check in system was very frustrating.
