    Great staff…….

The staff were amazing. We had an issue with the washer and the gentleman was amazing. Thanks again!!!

There could be better instructions/information written around the facilities. The locks on the doors need to be updated with a passcode type of door lock. Our neoghbor had issues as well!

The location was excellent. The huge open market was across the street, tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and bakeries within a short walking distance. Easy to navigate to other parks of the city. Nice kitchenette, which made it nice for having breakfast and coffee in our room. Great helpful friendly staff! Shared laundry machine was a plus!

The air conditioning had an ongoing repetitive noise while in operation. The staff was very responsive in trying to resolve, however it couldn't be totally resolved as it was the way the machine operated. Therefore we had to sleep with it turned off and opened the windows. The outside was noisy at night because of our location.
