中心地から離れていると言われていたので、ここにするかどうか迷っていました。でもガガーリン公園のほぼ横で、栄光広場のすぐ目の前でした。他にも動物園や旧樺太神社、山の空気展望台、勝利広場など、中心地から少し離れた観光地にも歩いて行けて、結果的にこの場所でよかったです。ユジノサハリンスク駅も徒歩20分〜25分程度で。市内観光は全て徒歩で回れました。ホテルもとても清潔で快適でした。

hervorragende, ruhige Lage direkt am Gagarin-Park; in Fussnähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Schigebiet Gornyj Vozdukh sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, unterstützt bei sämtlichen Fragen und Bitten sehr kulant (Nutzung von Hotelservices und -räumlichkeiten außerhalb der Buchungszeiten)

CLose proximity to the Gorny Vozdukh
Clean and quiet, close proximity to Gorny Vozdukh, discount for skiers, spacius rooms, limited breakfast, good wifi. I always stay when visit Sakhalin here. Complimentary water and tea. They can store your luggage after check-out even if its bulky ski equipment.

Good Hotel
This is a good honest hotel, staff were very friendly and informative, rooms tastefully decorated and clean, wifi was ok and free, location is great for Yuzhno. I'd recommend . Reasonably priced, restaurant was basic but food was always prompt, hot and tasty.
