    スタッフの皆さんが、笑顔で気持ちよく対応してくれてとても良かったです。

    俵らやさんに全く関係の無い内容ですが、長野電鉄の券売機の操作がわかりづらかったです。 湯田中駅は、サポートしてくれる方がいましたが、長野駅には誰もおらず、切符購入に苦労しました。 インバウンドの方々も、凄く困っていました。

    Big O nsen Vibes

    Staff were very polite and good with English. Explained everything very well. Room was amazing. Heads up, no real kitchen facilities so don't expect much. There's so many amazing restaurants and eateries that you won't need to cook. Onsen is a big win.

    良き度ができました

    スタッフの方がとても親切で親しみがありました お風呂も気持ちよくて気に入ってます なんと言っても朝食が美味しかったです 豆乳鍋 最高でした

    部屋のメイン電気の中が虫が多くしんでました あと急須が茶渋がありました 掃除の時にハイターに少しつければよいことです 細かいことにも気を配って欲しいです
