Apartment conditions did not match pictures, cancelled second night booking but did not receive a refund.

場所がわかりにくい。 ビルの一部（8階と36階）をホテルとして利用しており、気が付きにくい。 シャワーのお湯が、シャワー室の隙間から、洗面所に流れ出し、水溜りとなった。修理をお願いします。 洗面所の床の構造が、排水管に向かって水が流れる傾きが不十分で、ところどころで、水たまりになった。 ホテルの部屋の管理者は、愛想は良く、普通の対応をしてもらいました。

The Yue Jia Apartment Hotel is only a 15 min walk from the Nanshan Metro Stop. Their are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Their was also a bakery not too far from the Metro Stop. I really enjoyed eating at the Hot Pot restaurant downstairs from the hotel

日租公寓套房 我的房間樓層很高 洗澡時水壓不穩忽冷忽熱忽大忽小 附近都是辦公大樓 晚上沒啥店家開著 都是連鎖店

找了很久才找到的公寓，去到那裏不是我想像的，所以我退了房，他們也答應了，等退款。職員挺好的。希望退款能快快處理。
