    I regret staying here, there's a lot of fake reviews which will trick you

    The staff are genuinely great, lovely people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome

    The room was dated with peeling wallpaper, horribly bright lights and dark corners, the meals were good but served so fast we couldn't enjoy them they don't understand the refined way of serving kaiseki and it's too much doing it for breakfast and dinner, we'd prefer a breaksfast buffet

    The Kaiseki dinner was an amazing experience. Same counts for the breakfast. Maybe the best food I had during my four week trip in Japan.😋 Having a small tattoo I was only allowed to use the private onsen - which was great - so I didn't see much of the garden facilities. However, the staff was superbe. I had to leave early in order to catch a train so they booked me on an earlier time slot for breakfast. They also offer a shuttle service to the train station which starts at nine.
