    料理の量は、充分でしちが、もう少し質の良い品を出して頂けたら最高でした。 お風呂の水質は、大満足でした。

    湯の質

    1泊8万円程払って、タオル歯ブラシ以外のアメニティはセルフ、食事は特に刺身と和牛の質は悪く 刺身は鮮度低く食感ゼロ 和牛ってだけでめちゃくちゃ硬い 焼き過ぎた訳では無い レアでもミディアムレアでも硬い 部屋は民宿レベル 虫は山なので仕方ないにしても 蜘蛛の巣位はとってから案内して欲しい 30〜40センチ程の蜘蛛の巣でした スタッフの育成が必要 伝えるべき事を伝えていない事が多い 食事を別の場所で摂るのですが その間にスタッフは布団を敷に入る事を伝えていなかったり借りている以上、客のプライベート空間なのだから入る時は必ず声掛けが必要 説明は受けていないし、自分で布団を敷くのかと思ってました、、それもん？と思いましたか まさか勝手には入らんよなと、、、 貴重品もあるし、女性なら下着も気になるだろうし ルールやマニュアルは徹底すべき！ あるなら、守られていないので教育するべき しているのであればペアにしたり チェックシートを持ち歩かせたりするべきだと思いましたが経営方針にとやかく言うのもおかしいので 行かない選択をするしか無いと思っております。 これから行かれる方は気をつけて行った方が良いなと思います。
