Comfortable stay, good amenities, decent location, minor issues to be addressed in future
The breakfast was what I liked most about the entire experience. Although it didn't suit my taste, I enjoyed the authenticity and variety offered. I also thought the service was very good and accommodating.
During one of the nights, we had loud neighbors or guests in an alternate room. As the rooms weren't soundproof I'm pretty sure everyone in the building heard the ruckus and had a rough time sleeping that night. Unfortunately room service of any kind is unavailable during night time which made it impossible to rectify the issue unless we directly confronted the individuals. I can't blame the hotel for poorly behaved guests, but I need to cut some points for inability to contact a service to address these issues.
