    美食癒し温泉

    スタッフの方がとても丁寧でお食事も美味しく温泉も気持ちよくて快適に過ごせました。

    少し掃除が届いてない所があったかなと言う感じです。施設自体が古いので仕方がないのかなと思います。

    全体において見直しが必要。今の所リピゎなしです...。

    スタッフさんの対応と家族お風呂を誰かが入り終わった度に毎回清掃、消毒して頂ける所ゎとても良かったです。

    別府に2泊3日で旅行のため滞在しており、1日目を少し安めの旅館、2日目に楽しみにしていた葉山さんの所を予約しておりました。ですが正直、宿泊値段の割に料理のクオリティや清潔感などが他の旅館に比べて低く、葉山さんよりも安く泊まれる旅館の方が全てにおいてクオリティが高かったです。申し訳ないですが宿泊者全員満足が出来ず少し心残りになってしまいました…。
