The perfect escape from the busy cities.
So close to Hakone-Yumoto station, it’s super tranquil and you are looked after so well. Was a much needed peaceful escape after 7 nights in Tokyo. We enjoyed the traditional Kaiseki dinner and breakfast, Tatsu was very attentive to us and explained everything clearly.

Moldy room and mouse droppings.
They let us cancel the booking after we saw mouse droppings in the room.
We cancelled the booking immediately after spotting mice droppings. Moldy stench. (We were given 2nd floor room.) Had to rebook another hotel last minute - which cost us arm and a leg.
