  眺めの良い部屋で寛げました

  花園牧場が見える部屋を確保頂き、朝は、牧場越しの倶知安の街方面に雲海も見え、部屋にはとても満足です。

  ディナーは懐石料理でしたが、どれも可も無く不可もなくという感じでした。料理の説明も少し未熟さを感じますし、最初の料理が出るまでに30分程度かかるなど、オペレーションに難があります。改善が必要かと思います。

  Worst and most expensive and disappointing. Disgusting!

  Nice location

  While at breakfast I was asked to check out early as the 11:00 am check out time was going to be crowded. The place was not at all crowded and after spending $1,000.00 USD for the night I should never have been treated as though I was an unwelcome guest. The food wasn’t even that good. I stayed at Youtei Raku Suisan for the previous three days and should have stayed there for half of the price and the food and service was excellent !!! Zaborin is so overpriced and over rated and needs new management. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 40 years and Zaborin was the worst experience in all of my years dealing with 5 Star resorts. Unforgivable and I will never recommend that place and tell everyone never to go . I’ve been at many onsen ryokan and high end hotels in Japan for over 40 years and Zaborin rates at the lowest of all of them. The atmosphere was cold as well as the omen outside. where the water was barely warm. Uptight arrogant atmosphere. Snooty.! I’ve lived in Japan three times and spend two months at a time there every year and never have I ever been treated so badly. Zaborin should be ashamed of themselves. So un- Japanese.
