    Needs improvement

    Far from noise and good views but the drive towards it was unexpected

    No WiFi service Rooms lacked basic stuff like a refrigerator or a microwave which would have made the stay more comfortable

    The location is superb, earlier reviews talked about the road to the place being bad but the road is paved now and easy to reach. The resort arranged transport from the train station, and also tour kodaikanal. Mr Suvin the driver was exceptional as well as the staff who served us as well as the receptionist. The food was also really good especially dinner. The room had an amazing view and it was very clean and comfortable, bathrooms were also very clean.

    The heater in one of the bathrooms was a little bad and the hot water tap fixture for the sink was not working properly. Swimming pool could've been cleaner it didnt look well maintained. Expected housekeeping to clean in between since we stayed 3 nights. A bit on the pricier side , hence there was higher expectations when it came to small things like this.
