    Worst ever experience on Booking reservation since I am a customer from 2012 !!!!!

    There isn't enough low score I can put for this host.

    They are not reachable, responding to you using chatbot , fixed questions and answers, of course only in Portuguese, I couldn't even get inside the apartment, 0 assistance. Luckily I found another hotel nearby available but of course double priced since you book last minute. In the end I requested refund and cancellation , they refused immediately claiming some Booking rules, such a liars, stay away from them end even better if Booking is reading these scores , you should remove them from Booking, they will make many tourists lost and abandoned.

    Lugar incrível, a equipe de comunicação lamentável

    Foi incrível. Tudo super novo. Muito funcional…

    O departamento de comunicação pra reservas é péssimo. Não conseguem resolver reservas e não se responsabilizam quando perdem a sua reserva.

    A TV ficava sem sinal de internet o tempo todo . Precisa ver pra resolver isso .
