  Fantastic house on the beachfront

  We stayed here to celebrate a 70th birthday in December, the communication with the hosts was always good and on arrival they left a beautiful birthday cake and a few bottles of wine. The house was in a perfect location within walking distance to many lovely restaurants and the old town of Hastings. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and the house had 8 amazing bedrooms one being a lovely apartment/bedroom on the top floor with the front ones facing the sea which was a beautiful view. The Jacuzzi was an extra bonus in the small outside garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, especially for large groups.

  Beautiful House for a long weekend !

  An amazing experience staying in this beautiful house!! Every room was beautifully furnished .. plenty of communal space for socialising Stunning sea views The owners were on hand tomorrow help with any questions we had I highly recommend and plan to have another stay on the next milestone occasion !!

  Beautiful Space for a Milestone Birthday with Special Friends

  From our initial contact Katie and Max communicated with us ensuring that we had all the information needed towards making informed decisions. Upon our arrival Max was very friendly, accommodating and easy to contact for additional support. The house was amazing 🤩 and definitely 💯 suitable for celebrating 🥳 a special birthday, not forgetting that Max gifted the birthday Lady a cake 🎂 and a bottle of champagne 🍾 which was very much appreciated. We Loved the location, decor and the many amenities which enhanced our stay. Our rooms furnished to reflect many countries of the world all with en-suite’s and different baths 🛁 to include one with a jacuzzi were beautiful and the Manhattans penthouse was equally enjoyed with its self contained kitchen area. Some of our rooms overlooked the beach across the road. The main kitchen was perfect 😍 in allowing our chef the space to provide all our meals throughout our stay. The dining area seated all our guests comfortably. The garden with a hot tub was private enough. The beach was directly in front of the property where some of the guests made use of the walking path. The accommodation was close to a shop where we were able to pick up items we may have forgotten. That being said, it was an amazing experience, one that we would recommend and would definitely 💯 return to this beautiful space.   House was amazing and great for our celebration weekend

  We were a party of 16 celebrating a 60th birthday. The house was perfect with lots of room to socialise, everything needed to entertain as home from home and really lovely ensuite bedrooms (we drew from a hat for the bedrooms and no one was disappointed. Max, as our host, was there to welcome us and explain how everything worked. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. We hired one of the recommended chefs to cook for us one night and this worked really well with great food and the chef organising everything. We also had a takeaway for all from the Gurkha Chef which was delicious. All in all a really relaxing and inviting place to stay. Everything was super clean too and the hot tub was fun despite the cold weather.
