    We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Tabinoteitaku GEN (たびの邸宅 玄) after driving though the scenic Zao Echo Line. This lovely, spacious home was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and well-stocked, and every detail was thoughtful and perfect. We are currently on the last leg of our 26-day journey, and all four of us unanimously agreed that this was our favorite place we stayed in all of Hokkaido and Tohoku. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
