    Peaceful stay in Zao

    Great onsen, indoors and outdoors. Free drinks in lobby and nice buffet breakfast. Lots of different yukata provided for guests to use.

    No shuttle service provided for morning departure. The staff showed me the timetable that matched with my departure time, but later said the “service starts only from 8:30” with no alternative solution or more thorough explanation.
