    El hospedaje incluía el desayuno; sin embargo, al solicitar los pases, el personal me informó que tenían un costo adicional de $120 pesos. Considero que sería importante aclarar esta información para evitar confusiones.

    La limpieza deja que desear y el hotel no es "pet-friendly".

    El baño es espacioso.

    En la habitacion había una cucaracha. La matamos y lo reportamos con el personal de Recepción, pero nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, ni aplicar ningún tipo de descuento. No había carrito para transportar el equipaje de nuestro auto hasta el cuarto, y tuvimos que hacer 6 vueltas para poder bajar todo el equipaje e ingresarlo a la habitación. En la planta baja, hay una puerta al final del pasillo que es muy conveniente para sacar a las mascotas a hacer sus necesidades sin pasar por el Lobby e incomodar otros huespedes, pero no nos dejaron utilizarla porque es una "puerta de emergencia". El hotel no es "pet-friendly" porque no facilitan el acceso rápido y conveniente a las habitaciones cuando uno trae sus mascotas.

    UN BUEN LUGAR, PARA DESCANSAR

    NO HABIA WIFI EN LAS HABITACIONES Y NO HABIA SEÑAL EN LA TV, DESPUES DE VARIAS HORAS VIAJANDO ME HUBIERA GUSTADO VER ALGUNA PELICULA O LAS NOTICIAS , OJALA Y EN EL PROXIMO VIAJE YA ESTE RESUELTO ESTE PROBLEMA
