    Beautiful Gem in the middle of the Bush. So much to offer and comfort away from home :-)

    Loved the entire home and our stay and the staff and agents were extremely helpful & friendly. We were kept updated from the day I booked and kept us in the loop of unexpected power outages in the area.

    Such a beautiful Gem, but needs a bit of TLC: 1. Dishwasher didn't work 2. Wooden Doors leading to the outside, we battled to close and lock 3. Decking at Pool needs attention and decking around pool is loose 4. Attention to number of Spiders everywhere (pest control) required

    Unfortunately, the property was not in an acceptable condition when we arrived. The outside area was a mess, with rubbish left behind including bottles, bottle caps, beer pong cups, and ping-pong balls, indicating it had not been cleaned after previous guests. Inside the property, there were multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. The kitchen fan was not working, the dishwasher was broken, the toilet seat was damaged, and the bathroom was dirty on arrival. Overall, the property was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained prior to our stay, which significantly affected our experience. This was not the standard we expected from a holiday rental, especially for the price paid.

    The house is just like the pictures. It was really nice and spacious. The house had everything you needed, extra towels etc including a gas braai stand as well. The cleaning lady was really nice and polite as well. I would like to give special thanks and appreciation to the Euphoric Leisure Team, they were excellent in communication and making sure we were taken care of.

    Honestly nothing major - maybe just fix the doors inside the main house, it was a little bit hard to open and close. But other than that, everything was really nice and I would definitely go back.
