    Pleasant stay with room for improvement.

    Staff were very pleasant. Well trained and accommodating. Room was clean, neat and functional. Resort makes a good attempt to keep guests entertained.

    The live music at rhe clubhouse becomes far too loud and interrupted a relaxing holiday. Music goes on past midnight and can be heard very loudly in the room. Early morning (4.30am) machines make noise mowing lawns and maintenance.

    Would have been lovely but for the noise!

    i spent 3 days here and having a fireplace in this cold is one of my favourite experiences in winter. The maintenance staff were very sweet to come and light it for me every night. The room and bathroom was large and spacious. The shower pressure was low. Daily cleaning service and the general basic amenities were available, including water and shower gel. You can take walks around the golf course but there are no hiking trails. You will see buck, birds and ferrets all around. Apart from the evening noise, it would have been a lovely restful stay.

    The TV did not work and i had to call 3 times and waited 4 hours for them to sort it out. The only reason i needed the TV was because there was a very loud party going on which was completely unexpected of a place like this and ruined the entire experience. It went on, on Sat and Sun night until about 11 and i had to call reception to ask them until what time this was going on as i could not sleep with the noise. People come to these places for peace and tranquility which i did not get. The spa massage was great but the room was cold. Although we moved to a room where there was a working AC, it did not warm up the room in time. The restaurant does not cater well for dietary requirements but luckily i anticipated that and carried some food. Nothing vegetarian on breakfast menu and few basics like a cheese sandwich and a pasta in their lunch / dinner menu so if you have dietary requirements, maybe carry your food.
