    Exceptional

    Good location, management was professional and reacted quickly to our requests. Close to the beach and restaurants, nice area to sit outside at the evening.

    Flexyrent seem very unprofessional

    1. The location was great 2. The property was very spacious and had a nice outdoor area 3. The apartment was relatively clean 4.The cleaners of the apartment who greeted us we very accommodating

    Flexyrent were very difficult to deal with: 1. The price on booking.com was not the final price. Flexyrent wanted me to pay another deposit of €300 on an external website outside Booking.com. This was very worrying as I felt uncomfortable paying such a significant fee with no protection. 2. No instructions were given to us on how to enter the property. We were left standing outside the gates of the property with no way to get in. We called Flexyrent a number of times with no answer. Then when we eventually did get through they were very unhelpful and continued to ask for a deposit that I had already paid. If one of the cleaners had not let us in we would have been left waiting outside the complex. 3. No wifi password was provided and I had to reach out to obtain it. 4. There were random objects in cupboards 5. Some of the keys didn’t work to get in and out of the complex 6. Overall lack of communication from Flexyrent
