There were some smell in bathroom and the kitchen was not that equipped.

Zefnea house is the best ! 👌
It is a very comfortable place in the central street via Ethea, which is the most pleasant location for people who are going there for a very first time. It is a small but really good apartment with place for 4 people , it has very high ceiling ,big bathroom where one can shower and other can wash separately, a beautiful small terrace where you can feel the natural Italian vibe. Everything you desire to see in the center of Catania is just on a 5 minute walk literally everything also all the busses stop there ,all the busses for all of the villages you wanna visit. I would definitely book it again and again . The owner is calm ,he is correct and he has pleasant behavior.
A little bit more effort cleaning the bathroom and the toilet and everything will be just fine
