    Tolle Lage, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem, alles sehr sauber

    Leider funktionierte das W-LAN nicht gut, ansonsten alles sehr schön.

    Las escaleras de dentro del apartamento, al no tener una mesa en la cocina, era incómodo llevar y traer todas las cosas para comer

    Eine schöne Wohnung direkt im Zentrum. Man ist umgeben von kleinen Läden und Kneipen und schläft über den Dächern von Stade.

    Die Treppe zur Wohnung könnte für ältere Menschen ein Problem sein. Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist nicht möglich, aber in Nähe durch ein Parkhaus gegeben.

    Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Wohnung hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Treppenhaus recht schmal und kurvig, vielleicht ein Problem mit großem Gepäck, für uns mit kleinen Köfferchen okay. Wir hatten die Whg. im 2.OG.

    Haus sehr hellhörig (Altbau halt), leider waren die Gäste in der DG-Wohnung bis nachts um 3 zu hören. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.
