    Appartement bien situé dans Waiblingen, avec un environnement calme.

    L'appartement, avec des chambres individuelles très spacieuses comportant de nombreux placards de rangements. les équipements ménagers dont le frigo et la cuisinière essentiellement. la situation est très intéressante proche du centre ville avec ses belles maisons à colombages.

    L'absence de place de parking contrairement a ce qui était annoncé. Il y des places de stationnement dans la rue, parce que sans doute c'est le mois d'août, mais avec obligation de mettre un disque les jours ouvrés du lundi au vendredi, indiquant l'heure d'arrivée et de ne pas stationner plus de 2 heures. Il faut donc changer l'heure toutes les 2 heures, si l'on reste en ville. Accès à la télévision impossible, procédure d'installation complexe et payante. Bien que la télévision n'était pas dans la liste des équipements, c'est regrettable de ne pouvoir disposer de la télévision avec ses chaînes allemandes.

    Hervorragende, saubere und voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit drei Einzelzimmer in Waiblingen

    Sehr freundlicher, unkompliziert und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, sehr pünktlich und hat uns alles über die Wohnung erzählt. Wohnung ist sehr neu (renoviert), sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet( Spül-, Waschmaschine und Trockner) Preis für den Raum Stuttgart war sehr gut und die Wohnung lag nicht weit von S-Bahn Waiblingen und Nähe von Altstadt.
