    I need a refund. This was most pathetic apartment I have ever stayed in. Worst experience ever.

    Nothing I was not treated well at check in so whole experience turned bitter. Location was good though.

    The most painful check-in process. I waited for more the 2 hours to get my keys. Qstay staff don’t know the process as their staff had issues verifying me. Zenith apartment is 10 minutes away from Qstay office. There is not parking. It’s a night mare. The help desk staff don’t have access to any registration and checkin details. It’s pathetic service. The check out process is also pathetic. The cleaning staff did not know properly English and was on a call so was not paying attention. The second room did not have double bed for any adult to sleep. The second room lights were not working. The terrace was dirty and sick had dust. Only one very small milk was in the fridge.
