    Comfy beds, Odd behaviour

    The rooms were very clean and a good size, and the bed was extremely comftable I had a fantastic sleep both nights of my stay (I had deluxe double room) - the room had a bath which I was pleased about. Had everything you needed, electric shutters on the windows made for a great sleep, I can’t fault the room. Bud stop is a couple of minutes away from entrance jump on the Number 1 straight into Cannes takes about 12mins, there’s some lovely little shops near buy in le cannet, and a great pizza place.

    I only found out from a friend that I had to contact the reception and leave a deposit to make sure I got my keys, even though I had paid for the room and my check in time had been confirmed as our flight arrived outside of hotel hours. I was sent a link to pay €200 as I had two rooms booked (one through booking.com and one through hays travel) had I not booked an extra room through booking.com along with another friend we would not of been sent a code for a lock box to get our room keys. It was all very un organised, with in minutes of checking in I had a male hotel guest shout and scream at us for being two loud past 10pm (we had literally just checked into our room) he was very aggressive. So we moved to a friends room so we could actually speak to each other. With being screamed at on our balcony The next day after a beautiful day in Cannes my self and our friends were sat having a drink on our balcony, no music just chatting , there was a knock on the door from reception we were told there had been noise complaints ITS WAS 7pm and we would have to be quiet and not all sit on one balcony. And that we must be quiet by 9oclock!! Utterly unacceptable! A group of 40-50year old women being told to be quite like children at school at 7pm. The hotel operates a strict no noise after 10pm policy but to be reprimanded at 7pm was absolutely ridiculous we told him we would be quiet by 10pm.
