Overall, we had a pleasant stay and a good experience despite a few minor issues.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, pans, cooking oil, coffee machine, enough toilet paper, and other basic amenities. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the apartment itself was very quiet. The free parking and private garage provided by the apartment were a major advantage, especially for staying in Thessaloniki. The Smart TV, well-functioning air conditioning, and good Wi-Fi were also useful additions. Overall, I think the price-to-quality ratio was reasonable for Thessaloniki. The apartment had most of the things needed for a convenient and comfortable stay.
The apartment looked considerably larger in the photos than it actually was. The hot water also had to be switched on manually at the main electrical panel, which was somewhat inconvenient. The entrance to the apartment was secured only by a four-digit code, with no physical key, which felt somewhat concerning from a security perspective. The blanket had a sour smell and was not really usable. The air conditioning also had an unpleasant smell when first turned on, although this disappeared after around 10 minutes. The building itself was not particularly well maintained, and there was a noticeable smell of garbage and occasionally marijuana in the common areas. The sofa was also very hard and uncomfortable for sitting.

Skvělé místo v staré části města, 15-20 min pěšky k přístavu a v dosahu většina památek v dolní části města. Apartmán byl sice malý ale naprosto dostačující pro dvě osoby, skvěle vybaven za zařízen, bohužel vše pouze pro dvě osoby. Hostitelé skvěle komunikují s rychlou odezvou na vaše dotazy.
Parkovací místo v garáži je velkou výhodou v Soluni, nicméně nedoporučuji pro velká (SUV) a dlouhá auta. Velmi úzký průjezd garážovými vraty a uvnitř je malý manipulační prostor pro otočení velkého vozidla..

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was an braucht (Toilettenpapier, Seife, Drogerie Artikel, Besteck und Geschirr etc)
Die Unterkunft ist ehr etwas außerhalb gelegen. Der Fußweg bis zur Promenade dauert etwa 20 Minuten und beinhaltet eine große Steigung. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto sehr herausfordernd, besonders das Einparken in der Tiefgarage. Wenn man „den Dreh“ einmal raus hat, dann funktioniert es auch Problemlos, aber man braucht definitiv Fahrerfahrung und eine ruhige Hand beim Fahren.
