  The resort is in the perfect location, you have access to everything and the restaurant there serves good food, the resort is quiet...all you can hear is the waves - its great if you want to relax or looking to Party in NUNGWI...the staff was also really friendly and helpful

  Wonderful beachfront stay with exceptional hospitality!

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zenobia Beach Resort! The location is fantastic, right on a beautiful beach, and the entire resort has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to security and the restaurant team, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. The reception staff genuinely cared about our experience, regularly checking how we were enjoying our stay and whether we needed anything. We casually mentioned needing an extra blanket, and when we returned to our room after housekeeping, it was already there! It’s these thoughtful little gestures that make a difference. The resort was very clean and well maintained, and the restaurant was excellent, serving delicious food. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our time in Zanzibar so memorable!

  The only minor inconvenience was the electricity situation, which we understand is a broader issue in Zanzibar rather than something entirely within the hotel’s control. The air conditioning couldn’t operate during certain hours, and even when it was running, it seemed a little outdated and wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room effectively. There was also a fan, which helped, but the room could still get quite warm. This didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience, but improving the air conditioning would make the stay even more comfortable.

  Location

  Could do with major improvements, generator doesnt work properly during power cuts . Breakfast was not great. Standard rooms are not good value for money , king sea facing rooms were better

  Great location and be sure to get the ocean front rooms. Much nicer then the standard rooms and worth the money

  Restaurant and front desk very pleasant and accommodating

  Resort is a bit run down for sure.

  A truly spectacular experience! ❤️ My husband and I stayed at Zenobia for our honeymoon, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The food is delicious, but what impressed us the most was the fantastic restaurant team: they are incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel at home from the very first day and helped make our honeymoon even more special. I really wanted to take a few minutes to thank them, because people like them truly make a difference. A very special thank you to Aron, who looked after us throughout our entire stay. He is a truly wonderful person, always present, kind, and attentive to every need. We are leaving Zanzibar feeling like we are not only leaving behind some amazing people, but almost a brother. ❤️ If everyone were like them, the world would definitely be a better place. We will absolutely recommend Zenobia to everyone. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all these wonderful people for making our honeymoon unforgettable. 🇹🇿❤️
