Fantastic view, avaricious owners, that make your holiday miserable. I do not recommend the place.
PROs Fantastic view. 6-8 minutes to the nicest beach in the village. They change towels and bedlinen every 7 days: they leave a bag at the door, with new towels and bedlinen, you change them, put it in front of the door MINOR NUISANCES: Reaching the suite from the street requires climbing stairs equivalent to four floors. You must turn on the switch in the electrical panel to heat the water. 23-26 minutes to city center, downhill. All decent restaurants are there.
BIG CON: Surveillance obsessions: 1. There are a lot of rules to be followed. Apparently this is good, but they turn fast into a reinforcing nightmare. The owners are everywhere, surveilling your activities, sending messages and calling your phone number. For instance: the window is open & the AC is on. 2. There are sensors everywhere: the door, the door to the terrace, the window. If any is open, the AC stops working … for a while. If you come at evening, there is 33 Celsius inside. You go to the terrace –> cannot use AC. You stay inside: you boil. You exit the room -> cannot use the AC. Consequence: you cannot use both the terrace and the AC, and you have to boil for a while anyway. You have paid for something that you are not allowed to use. And they constantly send messages to discipline you. 3. Your wife sleeps. You exit to buy a coffee. 3 choices: A. take the key with the attached card for the AC (we cannot detach it) and let your wife boiling; B. wake up your wife when returning in order to get inside; C. insert another card into the slot and the “automatic sensor” reports to the owner and stops the AC anyway. 4. You sleep. Without AC: 33 Celsius. With windows open: 30 Celsius. With AC: it stops in two hours anyway, so you need to wake up sweating. Solution: wake every 2 hours. 5. There is CCTV outside, two supplementary (motion???) sensors inside, but no sensor to boil the water without your intervention. 6. The shower gel is emblematic: it was replaced with hand soap (cheaper!). 7. When leaving, new instructions come. One indicates to take the garbage to the public bin that is 200 meters downhill, where you had to throw trash everyday … 8. At check-out, leave, put the keylocker code on 0000 (not the opening code). It seems that in this case the sensors do not work, and the cleaning lady needs a hint that you left! Everything for your comfort, isn’t it?

A wonderful week.
Our hosts were excellent. Welcome touches were appreciated as was the fruit. Excellent communication and fantastic after care (I left my glasses behind!). The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well laid out with an amazing view. Favourite taverna...turn left when leaving at bottom of steps and head to Asinine Te near ancient site.
Can't think of anything
