    Enttäuschend und bedrückend

    Zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

    Es war nicht sehr sauber. Die Batterie vom elektronisch gesteuerten Schloss war leer und es funktionierte nicht mehr. Der Vermieter behauptete, dass ich das Schloss beschädigt hätte und drohte die Wohnung zu räumen, wenn ich die Rechnung nicht bezahle. Verständigung schwierig. Bei der Anreise gab es kein Toilettenpapier (hab ich dann selbst gekauft); keine Müllbeutel in den Behältern, kein Hinweis wohin mit dem Müll (Container waren in einem abgeschlossenen Areal). Keine Aufklärung über das bestehende Duschverbot wegen Legionellen! Ich fühlte mich unbehaglich, da der Vermieter mit Preiserhöhung drohte, falls ich Besuch empfangen würde. Das sei verboten, was ich noch nie erlebt habe. Toilettenspülung läuft nach wie vor und die Haustür klemmte, so dass ich öfters andere Mieter bitten musste, mir zu öffnen. Eine einzige freie Steckdose, aber die Maßgabe ja keinen Stecker zu ziehen. Ich war froh, abreisen zu können.

    Apartamento muy apañado, con pequeña cocina, frigorífico, y todos los utensilios de cocina. Muy buena calidad/precio. Supermercado al lado.

    Podría indicar en Booking la dirección concreta. Al referirse solo a la calle, parece que está justo al lado de Hbf, cuando en realidad hay que alejarse un poquito. Nada que los S-Bahn no solucionen
