    I rented it because it had a washer and dryer because I travel light and needed to be able to wash clothes. There was no dryer for guest use, but there was one locked up in a closet. The history was kind enough to let us use it even though it isn't usually allowed.

    Other than the dryer not being readily available and it was difficult to locate the entrance it was great, would stay there again on a heartbeat. I do wish the staircase lights had a better motion sensor or were on permanently. It was weird the first few times when it was pitch black trying.to.find your apartment.
