    - sehr viel Platz/sehr geräumig - kleiner Ventilator - schönes Badezimmer - sehr hell/viel Licht - schöne Lage (Restaurants, Supermärkte und Tram-Stationen in unmittelbarer Nähe) - sehr kulante Gastgeber. Uns ist aus Versehen eine Vase zu Bruch gegangen und es war kein Problem - Aufzug vorhanden - Wohnzimmer ist zum Hinterhaus raus und super ruhig

    - das Internet ist kaum nutzbar (weder zum Arbeiten noch zum Browsen oder Streamen) - die Ritze im Bett ist viel zu groß - die Rollläden dunkeln nicht vollständig ab - die Küche ist nicht wirklich dafür ausgestattet, dass viel gekocht wird - Schlafzimmer ist zur Straße raus und daher eher laut (vor allem am Morgen) - die gesamte Einrichtung wirkt, als wäre sie mehr für die Optik ausgewählt worden und nicht für Bequemlichkeit - der Self-Check-In ist kein wirklicher Self-Check-in - wir hatten eine Klopapierrollen zur Verfügung (auf Nachfrage wurde uns eine weitere vorbeigebracht) und es gab keine Müllsäcke zum Wechseln

    Great location at walking distance from downtown. Spacious, comfortable, all facilities you need at hand. Good bed, shower, kitchen, ...We would definitely come back to this apartment.

    Not the fault of the owners but parking on the street, though free (June 2026) is a bit of a challenge. We found a spot and did not move the car the whole week. And remember you need an environment sticker for entering Leipzig.

    Schön und interessant, aber mit Hindernissen.

    Die Schlüsselübergabe hätte angenehmer vonstatten gehen können. Wir mussten vor dem Haus nach einer langen Anreise ca. eine 3/4 Stunde warten, ohne telefonisch Kontakt zur "Person mit dem Schlüssel" herstellen zu können. Die in der Anmeldung angegebene Kundenservive Nummer war nicht vergeben. Nur KI war zu erreichen. War nicht wirklich hilfreich. Leider gab es in der Straße auch zu keiner Zeit einen freien Parkplatz, so dass wir ins kostenpflichtige Parkhaus ausweichen mussten.
