Based in the middle to get to Tulum beach and Tulum centro. 5 minutes stroll to restaurants and mini markets. Would recommend Taqueria La 86 for the best tacos we have had during our stay in Mexico. Also use the bikes the hotel has to go to the ruins and then do a circuit going along the beach back to the hotel.
Whilst the staff were attentive, they did not recommend any routes when using the bikes, nor did they advise on any restaurants to use. Their local knowledge and maybe a map of the district they are in would be very useful as the hotel itself does not have a sign, we drove past it twice when looking for it.

La struttura è bellissima, ben arredata e pulita. Gli spazi sono ampi e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, rispondono subito e ti aiutano in qualsiasi cosa. Consigliata!
La posizione non è molto centrale, e la zona subito fuori il complesso non molto pulita.

l'emplacement, cadre relaxant, residence sécurisée, l'appartement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains était super beau, du mobilier de qualité et très bien entretenu, la végétation était présente partout. petits commerces et restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds. (restaurant balanzaa très bon et bon accueil) la qualité du ménage au top bons produits de toilette dans la salle de bains (gel douche, shampoing, crème hydratante et soin) place de parking toujours dispo
manque d'équipement dans la cuisine même si nous déjeunions de temps à autre à l'extérieur. notamment bouilloire et cafetière, machine nespresso mais les dosettes sont très chères dans le commerce. petit déjeuner, peu de choix et répétitif une machine à laver et un four auraient été un grand plus. pas de coffre fort
