    Unhygienic filthy & grubby don’t stay here or waste your money !! Host was sincerely unhelpful a

    DO NOT STAY HERE waste of your hard earned money. This place was filthy beyond belief

    Hair everywhere on floors, bathroom and bedding. Towels were disgusting. Place was completely covered in grime. When contacted about hygiene, responses were limited saying the place was cleaned (lies) there was no urgency to resolve this matter. Completely ruined my families trip to Sydney. They stayed 1 night out of 12 and had to leave. Host refused to refund or offer reimbursement. It took 4 days for them to suggest getting the place cleaned, by that time it was too late my family were disgusted with the conditions of the unit. Once notified about the hygiene issue a resolve should have been offered within 24 hours. I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels. The presentation of the crumpled up bedding is no way to present to paying guests. For the money charged this place should be kept to an immaculate standard. Extremely disappointed with how this host handled this situation shows complete lack of professionalism. Greed is a bottomless pit.

    Small double bed, linen not covering the blankets. Drainage very slow and low pressure in bathroom. Nice new building block, nice balcony

    Disgusting

    Pool facilities and that is it

    The property is water damaged and has black mould and dirty. I tried to communicate this with the owner who has continually ignored me and refused to refund my money. I have stayed at properties all over the world and I have never had an issue. I would not recommend staying at this property until remediation is done and a thorough clean is undertaken.
